DESCRIPTION:Doggy Swim 2023 \n  \nSunday September 17\, 2023 \n6:30-7:30 \nIt’s time for our 2nd Annual Doggy Swim Day.   \nRegistration must be received no later than 09/08/2023 5:00pm \n  \nIMPORTANT: Every adult participant MUST complete a Release of Liability form. \nPlease read this document carefully and sign below. \nPlease return signed waiver and proof of current vaccinations to berkshireridgeoakridge@gmail.com \n  \nParticipants Please Note: \n\nEach dog must have written proof of current vaccines. License tag or rabies tag will not be accepted. Puppies under the age of 4 months will not be permitted.\nDogs must be well behaved\, sociable dogs; Aggressive dogs are not allowed. If a dog is observed to be aggressive\, the owner must remove their dog from the premises immediately. Event staff will monitor the dog’s activities for any signs of aggression and enforce this rule.\nDogs that have an open cut\, wound\, or hair/skin condition or look ill will not be allowed.\nDogs must be wearing a flat collar (e.g.\, no metal collars).\nA maximum of 1 dog to every 1 adult owner. The dog owner must always have control and oversight over their dog. The owner is expected to follow the rules of the event\, sign the waiver\, and remain with their dog throughout the event.\nDogs must be willing swimmers\, with life jackets if needed.\nOwners over the age of 18 may wade in the shallow end with their dogs\, however\, they will not be permitted to swim. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted in the pool.\nAll Berkshire Ridge Pool rules will be enforced.\nBYOT–Bring Your Own Towel.\nWalk dog directly before swim session -Clean up after your dog\, bags and waste stations will NOT be available.\nBerkshire Ridge HOA reserves the right to dismiss any dog or human for rule infraction unruly or aggressive behavior.\n\nHAVE FUN!
