YOU WILL TO EMAIL THESE ELECTRONIC PHOTOS WITH THIS COMPLETED FORM TO <a href=\"mailto:BerkshireRidgeAccessCard@gmail.com\"><em>BerkshireRidgeAccessCard@gmail.com<\/em>.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NO ENTRANCE WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE POOL\/CLUBHOUSE\/TENNIS COURTS WITHOUT THIS ACCESS CARD.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Guest badges will no longer be provided or required for guest entry.\u00a0 Guests will, however, be required to sign the logbook upon entry into the pool deck.\u00a0 Guest are not permitted onto the pool deck without the unit owner and unit owner shall be accountable for their guest.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please ensure your current <a href=\"http:\/\/www.berkshire-ridge.com\/wp\/census\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2165\">Census<\/a> information is up-to-date with the Property Management.
