Reminder – Pets

We hope this letter finds you well. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a clean and enjoyable living environment for all residents, as the warmer weather approaches, we wanted to send out a friendly reminder regarding pets in the community.

There have been several instances of pet waste, specifically urine and feces, on the lawns within our community. While we understand that owning pets brings joy and companionship, it’s essential to ensure that their presence doesn’t inconvenience our neighbors or compromise the aesthetics of our shared spaces.

We kindly remind all pet owners to be responsible for their furry companions when they are outside. Here are a few simple guidelines to follow:

  • Leash and Supervise: Always keep your pet on a leash when outside and ensure they are always under your supervision.
  • Clean up After Your Pet: Please promptly clean up any waste left by your pet.
  • Be Mindful of Other Lawns: Avoid allowing your pet to urinate or defecate on lawns, flower beds, or other landscaped areas belonging to your neighbors
  • Respect Common Areas: Help us keep our shared spaces clean and enjoyable for everyone by ensuring that your pet does not leave waste in community areas such as playgrounds, pathways, or other common areas.

We understand that accidents can happen, but consistent adherence to these guidelines will help us maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our community as well as a respectful community environment.
