Our community of Berkshire Ridge is located in Oak Ridge section of Morris County. We are just minutes in from Rt. 23, Rt 15 and Rt 80 for an easy commute. We have amenities that include a Clubhouse, Pool, Gym, Two Tennis Courts and Playground. Water and Sewer Charges are included in the HOA Fees. Berkshire Ridge is in a great location in the middle of Oak Ridge close to shopping and restaurants.


Schools

Jefferson Public Schools include Milton School (PreK), Cozy Lake School (1&2), White Rock Elementary School (3-5), Jefferson Township Middle School (6-8), and Jefferson Township High School (9-12).


Commute

Residents can drive about 15 minutes to reach NJ Route 15 to connect to Interstate 80 for an eastbound commute. Lakeland Bus Lines provides service from the Rockaway Townsquare Mall in Rockaway Township to the NY Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown Manhattan NYC. During rush hour, the bus ride takes about 60 minutes. Residents can also drive about 15 minutes to reach NJ Route 23 for an eastbound commute. NJ Transit has a bus line that runs down NJ Route 23 with service to the NY Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC.


Shopping

Within walking distance, there is a large shopping center on Berkshire Valley Road in Oak Ridge. The Rockaway Townsquare Mall is about 20 minutes away in Rockaway Township along Interstate 80 and is one of the largest and most modern malls in New Jersey. The Kinnelon Mall is about 25 minutes away in Kinnelon Borough along NJ Route 23. There are lots of national chain stores and restaurants within close proximity to each mall.
