Please note that the Berkshire Ridge (Mem) Property Manager Lloyd Sleeper (lsleeper@memproperty.com) comes on site every Tuesday from 9 AM to 12 PM, and will be at the clubhouse to answer questions from residents.
Pesticide Application
Please be advised that on April 18, a scheduled pesticide application was completed throughout the Berkshire Ridge community.
These treatments are part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the landscaping and control pests in common areas. While the products used are approved for residential communities, we ask that residents take normal precautions following today’s application.
Important Safety Reminders:
- Keep pets off treated lawn areas for the recommended period listed on product guidelines (generally until surfaces are completely dry).
- Avoid direct contact with treated grass and landscaped areas during this time.
- Wash hands after being outdoors, especially before eating or touching your face.
- Supervise children and pets when outdoors over the next several hours.

Community Election Reminder
This is a reminder that the Association election email has been mailed out.
We encourage all homeowners to review the information and participate in the election. Your involvement helps ensure the continued success and representation of our community.

Spring Cleanup Reminder
As we prepare for our annual spring cleanup during the first week of April, our landscaping company will be on site performing seasonal maintenance throughout the Berkshire Ridge community.
To help ensure this work is completed efficiently and safely, we kindly ask all residents to remove any personal items from your lawns and around the exterior of your unit prior to the cleanup. This includes items such as planters, decorations, furniture, hoses, toys, or any other objects located near building foundations, common lawn areas, or walkways.
Clearing these areas will allow the landscaping crew to perform their work thoroughly and helps prevent any accidental damage to personal belongings.

You need to have a completed Census, submit by email your photo(s) and the completed form to receive your Access Cards.

Owner Access Registration
Join Berkshire Ridge in Enumerate Engage and welcome to Enumerate Engage! Your Association has selected Enumerate Engage as the official communication tool of your community.
Your Association administrator has created an account for you with your email address. Look for an email to register your account. This will be the same email address you used for the Census. Your email address is your username.

Service Ticket system is implemented by mem and will be based on Enumerate.

Snow Removal Information
As a reminder, during significant snow events, our snow removal procedures will be as follows:
- Roadways will be cleared first to ensure emergency access and allow vehicles to move safely throughout the community.
- Driveways and walkways will be cleared only after the snowfall has fully stopped. This ensures the snow removal crew can complete their work efficiently and avoid repeated clearing of the same areas.
If you notice any areas that appear to have been missed by the snow removal team once their work is complete, please email: lsleeper@memproperty.com
