Garbage & Recycling collection cancelled for Monday 1/20. Rescheduled for Tuesday 1/21

Due to the inclement weather, Blue Diamond will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2025. All garbage and recycling scheduled on Monday, 1/20, will be rescheduled to Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Garbage and recycling, on Tuesday, January 21, will be rescheduled for Wednesday, January 22. All bulk metal and Christmas tree pickup will be rescheduled for next Wednesday, January 29.

Please complete and return the census form (HERE) to update our records and ensure that we have accurate contact information for all residents and households. This will allow us to improve communication and better serve you.

We kindly request that you complete and return the Census form by January 30, 2025. There are five (5) methods to accomplish the Census submittal.
Failure to return the census will result in a fine of $25.00 per day until the paperwork is submitted.

On Thursday, October 10, 2024, The Berkshire Ridge Board of Directors held its annual budget planning meeting. Unfortunately, after much discussion and number crunching, we have determined that an increase in the HOA dues will be necessary. This increase is primarily due to rising costs in several key areas that are essential for the maintenance and operation of our community.

Accordingly, the Board has decided that an increase of four (4%) percent per unit will be enacted beginning with January 01, 2025, payment. This will raise the current inside unit maintenance fees from $438.00 to $456.00 and outside unit maintenance fees from $546.00 to $568.00.

  • 2025 Board Elections – July 2025. Four (4) position in even years, Three (3) positions in odd years. Get involved with your community. Three (3) Trustee positions available.
  • Berkshire Ridge Homeowners Association – DCA Inspection – Tuesday, June 04, 2024, 9:00am-12:00pm
    • A letter dated May 6,2024 was sent to each association member that was in violation with the initial DCA Inspection
    • Corrective Action required.
    • The correction of the VIOLATION(S) is your responsibility, NOT that of the Association. Please make the necessary corrections prior to their re-inspection, which will be on or about Tuesday, June 04, 2024, to avoid the fine(s) imposed by the DCA upon re-inspection.
    • The DCA will re-inspect (Tuesday, June 04, 2024, 9:00am-12:00pm) all units that were found in violation. Upon the initial re-inspection, if these violations have not been corrected, the DCA will levy a fine against the unit owner.
