Subject: Respectful Interaction with Vendors
Dear Residents,
As part of the board’s efforts to maintain a safe and enjoyable community, we would like to take a moment to remind everyone the importance of maintaining a respectful and supportive environment for everyone who contributes to the upkeep and improvement of our neighborhood including our vendors and their employees.
Our vendors play a critical role in keeping our community running smoothly. Whether they are handling snow removal, landscaping, pest control, pool maintenance, or other essential services, their work and effort have a direct impact on us and our community.
To promote a positive atmosphere and ensure the effectiveness of their work, the board would like your cooperation to help maintain a positive relationship with our vendors and their employees now and moving forward.
- Communication: Please communicate any requests or concerns you may have directly through the designated channels provided by the HOA and not directly to the vendor.
- Professional Conduct Treat vendors and their employees with the same respect that you would expect to be treated.
- Safety & Privacy: Allow vendors to perform their tasks without unnecessary interruption, distraction or interference.
- Follow HOA Policies: Adhere to all HOA rules and regulations regarding vendor access and conduct within the community.
