RULES & DETAILS
Decorate November 23, 2023, through December 7, 2023
Contest Judging: December 8, 2023 – $50.00 Visa Gift Card
Only the front doors/porches of properties will be considered.
Avoid Distracting Lights, noisy and oversized decorations.
Be considerate of your neighbors.
All Association rules and regulations apply; Only members in good standing will be considered.

JUDGING CRITERIA

CURB APPEAL: How does it look overall? Does it make you say “WOW”?
UNIFORMITY OF COLOR: Use of color appears planned rather than looking as if whatever lights were in the attic were just pulled out and used.
NEATNESS & ALIGNMENT: Lights strung appear straight, organization of lawn ornaments, theme, etc.,
