Blizzard Storm Advisory – Important Snow Removal Information

The National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Storm Advisory for northern New Jersey. Heavy snowfall and strong winds are expected to impact our area throughout the duration of the storm.

As a reminder, during significant snow events, our snow removal procedures will be as follows:

Roadways will be cleared first to ensure emergency access and allow vehicles to move safely throughout the community.

Driveways and walkways will be cleared only after the snowfall has fully stopped. This ensures the snow removal crew can complete their work efficiently and avoid repeated clearing of the same areas.

If you notice any areas that appear to have been missed by the snow removal team once their work is complete, please email: lsleeper@memproperty.com

Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we work to keep the community safe during the storm. Please stay indoors during hazardous conditions and travel only if necessary.

Stay safe,
Berkshire Ridge Management
