Decorating Contest
We encourage residents to highlight the beauty & cohesiveness of our community by participating in the
contest. Your participation will surely make our community a welcoming place to visit during the majestic
holiday season!
RULES & DETAILS
• Decorate November 23, 2023, through December 7, 2023
• Contest Judging: December 8, 2023 – $50.00 Visa Gift Card
• Only the front doors/porches of properties will be considered.
• Avoid Distracting Lights, noisy and oversized decorations. Be considerate of your neighbors.
•All Association rules and regulations apply; Only members in good standing will be considered.
JUDGING CRITERIA
• CURB APPEAL: How does it look overall? Does it make you say “WOW”?
•UNIFORMITY OF COLOR: Use of color appears planned rather than looking as if whatever lights were
in the attic were just pulled out and used.
• NEATNESS & ALIGNMENT: Lights strung appear straight, organization of lawn ornaments, theme, etc.
