Notice of Power Washing of Buildings
Dear Residents,
As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance the appearance of our
community, we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors has contracted
A Plus Dryer Vent Cleaning, LLC
to Power Wash the entire exterior of the units including Gutters/Soffits & Garage Doors and clubhouse.
This work is scheduled to begin on July 1, 2024, starting with Buildings 1 & 2. Please
note that these dates are subject to change based on weather conditions and any
unforeseen circumstances. Schedule and Building Number to Street conversion is
listed below for your use & Reference.
During the power washing process, you may experience some noise and minor
inconveniences, so please keep this in mind if you work from home. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation during this time to ensure that the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
For safety reasons, we request that all residents keep windows and doors closed during the power washing. Additionally, please remove any personal items, such as furniture or plants, from the exterior (deck/porch) of your unit to prevent them from being affected. The A Plus Dryer Vent Cleaning, LLC, mem Property Management nor Berkshire Ridge HOA will be responsible for any damage to property not closed, covered, or removed prior to work being performed.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but please know that these efforts are aimed at maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our community for the benefit of all residents.
