Exciting News About the Future of MEM Property Management Company

Dear Owner,

I am writing to share some exciting news about the future of MEM Property Management Company
(MEM). After over 30 years in the association management industry it is with a deep sense of pride
and gratitude that we reflect on the many lasting relationships we’ve built with colleagues, vendors,
and community Boards. Throughout our business venture, we have focused on making the client our
number one priority. We continue that spirit with now partnering with Homestead Management
Services in bringing the latest technology and innovations in the industry ensuring we deliver the
Customer Service we have always prided ourselves on with our clients. We will be working hard on
transitioning the MEM team to Homestead Management Services.

We are pleased to announce that Homestead Management Services, based in Pine Brook,
Hillsborough, Keyport, Ocean and now Ridgefield Park, NJ is under the direction of Mr. Louis J.
Curtis, President of Homestead Management. We share the same core values and a strong
commitment to our employees and clients. Homestead Management with over 25 years of industry
experience is a fully accredited association management company (AAMC) committed to providing
the highest level of customer service and maintaining long-standing client relationships.

Effective August 17, 2026, we become Homestead Management Services. Our emails (IE:
MLaderman@homesteadmgmt.org) and incoming telephone calls (same current telephone numbers)
will be answered as Homestead Management Services. Our current team will transition to
Homestead Management, and staffing will remain unchanged. I will be assuming a new role at
Homestead Management Services on Lou’s Executive Team as well.

In fact, additional resources will be added to further support our communities. The management
approach and personal attention you have valued will continue into the future. At the same time,
Homestead Management will be able to leverage the combined strength of both organizations to
enhance the services and support available to you.

You will receive further updates and communications in the coming weeks to keep you informed
every step of the way. There is nothing you need to do right now. In September, you will receive a
separate notice with specific instructions on changes to how you make payments, including updated
banking and lockbox information. Thank you for your trust, support, and friendship throughout the
years. It has truly been an honor to continuing serving you.
