SCHEDULE Rev 2

As part of the ongoing paving project, the visitor parking lot adjacent to the clubhouse must remain completely empty at all times. This area has been designated for paving equipment, contractor vehicles, and project staging.

No parking is permitted in the visitor lot near the clubhouse until further notice. Any vehicles parked in this area may interfere with the paving operations and could be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work to improve the community. Please use alternate parking locations and allow extra time when traveling through the property during construction.

Dear Neighbors,

As we move forward with our parking lot, driveway, and roadway paving projects, please review the materials at your earliest convenience. These documents contain important information regarding the project schedule, procedures, and expectations.

We also ask for your help in reaching neighbors who may not regularly use computers or who may have difficulty accessing the attached information. A few minutes of assistance can make a big difference in ensuring everyone understands the process and is prepared for the upcoming work.

Together, we can help make these improvements proceed as smoothly as possible for the good of our community.

Thank you for your support, cooperation, and consideration.

BERKSHIRE RIDGE PAVING – PARKING RULES

Parking Rules during road resurfacing at Berkshire Ridge

Schedule: Right now, we are on schedule to begin the week after Labor Day, weather permitting. All residence will be notified when they are scheduled to have their driveways removed.

Patience. All 218 residents are going to be inconvenienced at some point during this project. Please be considerate of your neighbors and the vendor who we have selected for this major undertaking.

We will completely remove and replace all 218 driveways first before we begin the roads along with all the guest parking areas.

To provide the vendor with adequate access to your driveway and remove all the old blacktops, we ask that you leave your garage doors open only during the time the vendor is working on your street. Sorry for the inconvenience but we don’t want any accidents with their excavation equipment and your garage door.

Of course you can close them at night.

When it’s your turn to have your driveway replaced, we ask you not to park in guest parking on that street as that is being replaced also.

We ask that you relocate your car(s) to the grass area either on Iron Town Circle or Falcon Drive and park there until after your new driveway has been installed.

Once the new driveway is installed you may walk on it after 3 hours.

After the new driveway is installed, you may park on it after 4 days.

However, DO NOT turn your steering wheel when parked on the new driveway. The power steering will dig a hole in the new blacktop. Failure to comply will cause repair work at your expense.

After the driveways are all installed, we will begin milling and repaving the roads.

Please avoid the section of road that is being worked on. For example: When they are working on Falcon Drive from the Ridge Road entrance to the top of the hill by the pool, please use the entrance on Berkshire Valley Road to enter and leave the facility.

We will send out email notices to make you aware of the plan for the following day, so everyone is aware of how to enter and exit.

Once again, we ask everyone to execute patience and some common sense.

Of course, emergency vehicles will have 100% access as needed.

Anyone who feels inconvenienced should recognize that nice newly poured driveways and roadways will increase the value of your home.

On behalf of your board of directors, We thank you for your cooperation.
